Here's what you should (and shouldn't) do to get over 1 million views on LinkedIn:
1. Post consistently. Sounds simple, but most people fail here.
2. Avoid using hashtags, as the algorithm now relates them to AI generated content.
3. Reply to comments. Very important: if they see you care, they will value it.
4. Engage on other people's posts. Important too, as people will be reciprocal.
5. Avoid AI-generated comments. They don't add value and are easy to spot.
6. Connect, connect, and connect with your target audience.
