Client challenges
Frigo-VE d.o.o. is a Croatian company specializing in heating and air conditioning systems, with over 20 years of experience. They sought a modern, user-friendly e-commerce store to showcase their diverse product offerings, including air conditioners, heat pumps, underfloor heating systems, and solar solutions. With large number of products and categories it was imperative to create functional and ease to use website.
Goal of the website
Create e-commerce store which will enable customers easily find and buy products. Also to present a comprehensive catalog of products and services while offering a seamless and intuitive user experience across all devices.
Results
Website enabled client to start selling online
Enhanced customer engagement through improved navigation and design
Within the first year, the website generated revenue that exceeded the client’s expectations
