Designed in Figma and developed in FlutterFlow, Ediphi’s platform delivers immersive VR training, AI insights, and real-time progress tracking for hospitality.

Ediphi set out to address a growing need in the hospitality industry: how to efficiently train and track student progress in a scalable, personalized way. Professors and hotel managers struggled with outdated, manual methods — from spreadsheets to disconnected platforms — that couldn’t keep pace with modern education or the demands of high-turnover industries. Ediphi envisioned a global platform that would integrate AI to deliver real-time insights, promote skill development, and align learning with career goals.

Singular designed the user experience in Figma and developed the frontend in FlutterFlow, integrating with backend services through custom APIs to ensure smooth access to dynamic content and performance data. The platform supports goal-based learning, AI-powered dashboards, and immersive VR training modules that place learners in real-life environments.

To help shape the product’s future, we conducted an AI strategy workshop and delivered AI-powered prototypes using Lovable. These prototypes enabled the Ediphi team to test and validate features like automated recommendations, skill tracking, and personalized career guidance as part of their roadmap for Phase 2.

The Ediphi platform now enables seamless training and performance tracking for hospitality learners worldwide. With real-time dashboards and AI-powered insights, professors and hotel managers can make informed decisions that enhance student outcomes. Through Singular’s end-to-end design in Figma, no-code frontend development in FlutterFlow, and seamless API integrations, Ediphi was able to launch faster and more efficiently — positioning the platform to scale its global impact on workforce education.
