Overview
Sweeftly started with a simple promise: help customers order from local vendors and get their food items delivered on time. But behind that promise was a complex system serving two different users, customers who needed reliability, and vendors who needed clarity to operate smoothly.
Goal
My focus was to bring structure to both sides of the experience. For customers, that meant predictable ordering, clear availability, and confidence in delivery. For vendors, it meant tools that made daily operations; orders, scheduling, payouts, and promotions, easy to understand and manage.
Challenges
The main challenge was designing for two user groups with different needs without adding complexity. Every decision had to balance flexibility for vendors with consistency for customers.
Solutions / Outcome
I approached the solution by treating vendor tools as part of the customer journey. Clear dashboards, structured payout and order flows, smart time-slot management, and simple promotion tools helped reduce friction and prevent errors. Thoughtful UX copy reinforced trust at every step.
Summary The result was a more predictable, scalable marketplace experience, one where vendors could operate confidently and customers could rely on the service. Role: Product Designer Focus: UX, UI Platform: Mobile & Web
