A return-to play platform for sports rehab | Ward 🟢

🟢 Ward is a return-to-play monitoring platform for performance teams: one record of an athlete's rehab, from injury to clearance. I took it from market research to a shipped site in six weeks. I did it solo: positioning, naming, brand, product UI and build.

🧩 Return-to-play tools already collect the data. The gap was design: physio notes, load data and mental readiness live in separate places, so nobody reads the whole athlete.

 📱 Milestones only close when their exit criteria pass, and body and mind are never averaged into one line. Athletes check in daily; staff read it back in one place.

🎨 Mint does two jobs: brand colour and the product's cleared state. Amber and red stay inside the data as risk statuses, so status is never decorative.

🚀 Six weeks, start to shipped: research, positioning and naming, brand system, product UI, then the site built. Outcome is one auditable record a staff can decide from and a brand, product and site that read as the same thing.
