With my carefully designed qualitative research plan, I will set up in-depth interviews with your customers, prospects, vendors, or employees. My discussion guide helps to unlock clearer understandings of where your business processes are finding success -- and where they are coming up short.

After each interview (usually about 30 minutes in length), you will promptly receive a transcript that has been proofed for accuracy, but also a one-page "Respondent Profile" summary that really calls out the key insights you should be aware of, with regard to that participant. After we complete the agreed-to number of interviews (usually about 10 to 15), we evaluate all of the general findings and assemble a very clear-cut management presentation, giving actionable recommendations to improve your business.
