The Fanta Tennis app was designed to bring a fresh, playful, and engaging take on fantasy sports. The goal was to create an app from scratch that blends gaming, community, and tennis in a way that had never been done before. My role went from product strategy, UX/UI design to interactive prototyping, building not just a visual identity, but a complete digital experience.

Fantasy sports apps often feel cluttered, overly complex, or uninspiring. The challenge was to design something radically different: intuitive enough for casual users, yet deep enough to engage hardcore tennis fans. We needed to transform complex game mechanics like team creation, badges, cards, and quizzes into a seamless, fun user journey.

I worked as an end-to-end product designer, responsible for:

Product Strategy & UX: defining flows, wireframes, and the overall user journey.

Design System: crafting a scalable visual language to keep the app consistent across features.

UI Design & Animations: creating delightful interactions and micro-animations with Rive, elevating usability and adding personality.

Handoff to Dev: ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.

Team Creation: intuitive drag-and-drop flows that made complex setups fun.

Badges & Cards: visual rewards system to encourage engagement and progression.

Quizzes: interactive challenges to keep users entertained between matches.

Animations: smooth motion design that added life without overwhelming usability.

The launch exceeded expectations:
