Lyri Caliberations Ecosystem (UI-UX, Mobile Apps, Web Admin)

Lyri needed everything: a customer-facing mobile app for Android and iOS, a web-based admin dashboard, and a cohesive design system tying it all together. This wasn't a single deliverable. It was an entire digital ecosystem that had to work as one unified system across platforms.

I led the full-stack engineering and design effort alongside my team, building the ecosystem on Flutter, Firebase, and Figma.

Unified design system in Figma: Before writing a single line of code, I built a comprehensive design system covering typography, components, color tokens, and interaction patterns. This system governed every screen across mobile and web, ensuring visual and behavioral consistency.

Cross-platform mobile apps in Flutter: Built both Android and iOS apps from a single Flutter codebase. Shared business logic, platform-specific UI adaptations where needed, and Firebase backend integration for real-time data sync.

Web admin dashboard: Developed a full admin panel for managing users, content, and operations. Role-based access controls, data visualization, and bulk management tools give the Lyri team operational control without touching the codebase.

Firebase backend architecture: Real-time database, authentication, cloud functions, and push notifications all running on Firebase. The backend scales automatically and keeps mobile and web in perfect sync.

Lyri launched with a complete, production-ready digital ecosystem: two native-quality mobile apps, a powerful admin dashboard, and a design system that keeps everything visually and functionally coherent. The team manages their entire operation from the admin panel while users interact through polished mobile experiences.
