The purpose of this project is to design an intuitive and seamless seat reservation flow for a movie theater that enables patrons to quickly and effortlessly book their movie seats online. The challenge is to create a system that is both easy to understand and navigate for a diverse range of users, taking into account various factors such as screen visibility, seating preference, accessibility needs, and so on.

The existing seat reservation process of the movie theater is currently not meeting the expectations of the diverse patron base due to its lack of intuitiveness, accessibility, and user-centric design. This process often leads to confusion, frustration, and longer-than-necessary transaction times, impacting the overall movie-going experience negatively.
