Carly is a social media manager who was running her business entirely without a website. She was relying on word of mouth and social platforms to land clients, but had no central place to showcase her services, build credibility, or convert warm leads into paying clients. She needed a site that felt professional and approachable, one that could do the selling for her even when she wasn't online.
The Approach
We kicked things off with a discovery call to understand Carly's brand, her ideal clients, and what she wanted visitors to feel when they landed on her site. She shared a moodboard and a few websites she liked, which gave me a clear direction for the visual tone: clean, warm, and confident.
From there, I moved into wireframing the key pages, focusing on a structure that would guide visitors from curiosity to contact. Once the wireframes were approved, I built the full site in Framer over about 2 weeks, keeping everything responsive, fast, and easy for Carly to maintain on her own.
Highlights
Sharp, modern layout that reflects Carly's brand personality
Easy-to-scan service breakdown so potential clients immediately understand what she offers
Warm brand story page that builds trust and connection
After launch, Carly saw a noticeable jump in inbound inquiries. Potential clients were reaching out through the site's contact form, and she received compliments from her own clients about how professional everything looked. The site gave her business the credibility layer it was missing and turned her online presence from scattered to solid.
