Therapy App - UI Design

This is a conceptual UI design for a mental health support app, created to explore how digital tools can gently facilitate daily well-being. The app is designed to serve both therapists and patients, offering a shared space for daily check-ins, mood tracking, and personalized support plans.
The interface is guided by soft pastel tones and clean layouts to evoke a sense of calm and trust—crucial in mental health experiences.
Subtle interactions and non-intrusive prompts help users feel supported without feeling overwhelmed.
As a UI exploration, this design focuses on visual experience and interaction flow rather than data-heavy features. While no in-depth user research has been conducted at this stage, the concept lays the foundation for a compassionate and user-first mental health platform.
