Scope: Designed a multi-module healthcare platform covering logistics, patient care, pharmacy operations, and medical oversight.

Challenge

A national healthcare initiative needed a unified digital system to handle:

Surgery & Medical Inventory Tracking – manual systems made managing high-value items (vaccines, surgical kits, cold chain assets) inefficient and error-prone.

Fragmented Workflows – slow decision-making and compliance issues due to siloed systems.

Lack of Patient-Centered Modules – no integrated view connecting doctors, patients, pharmacies, and wellness tracking.

Government-Level Compliance Needs – required audit trails, reporting dashboards, and controlled access across teams.
