A digital marketing professional approached us with a clear challenge: they needed to scale content production across multiple websites, but without increasing workload or hiring additional writers. Their existing process was slow, inconsistent, and heavily dependent on manual research and writing. They wanted a way to generate SEO-optimized, product-aware blog posts in minutes, starting from nothing more than a single keyword.

To solve this, we built a complete AI-powered content automation engine that transformed how they produced articles. The system was designed to automatically discover high-volume keyword opportunities, generate long-form SEO content, and subtly weave ppcAssist’s product benefits into each article—without feeling promotional or forced. The goal was simple: create a scalable, hands-off publishing pipeline that produced high-quality results every time.

Our team designed and implemented an end-to-end workflow using Airtable, N8N, OpenAI, and Leonardo AI. We structured Airtable into an intuitive input/output system, automated keyword expansion, crafted SEO-friendly content through OpenAI, and integrated AI-generated visuals from Leonardo. Every article automatically included natural product mentions, internal links, and soft CTAs to support organic marketing. Finally, we built a fully automated N8N pipeline that connected all these parts and generated ready-to-publish articles with zero manual intervention.

The outcome dramatically changed the client’s content workflow. What previously took hours can now be done in just a few minutes.
