Escape Travel, a former travel holidays brand under the Flight Centre umbrella, wanted to promote its new Rocky Mountaineer tours. They wanted to tap into an older generation of travellers in a fun and informative way.
We came up with the idea of creating an advertorial promotion on one of Australia's leading morning talk shows, The Morning Show. I then wrote the script, incorporating humour and banter between the host and Escape Travel spokesperson. I also weaved the tours' USPs throughout the script.
The video was a great success, reaching millions of viewers around the country. It captured a wide reach of travellers in the older bucket (40 to 65 years old) and produce thousands of leads for Escape Travel.
