Preparations

Before I can talk strategy, we need to get to know each other and what to expect. Different clients have different needs and not everyone needs an elaborate strategy or a simple one. This all depends on your goals and focus for your business.
As a communications based social media manager, my focus is more on your current establishment vs growing an establishment. The type of strategies you can expect from me will be related to building trust and fans from your current audience. This will involve me creating content that will reach your current followers and entice them to want to interact or more.
I will need to know what has worked before vs what isn't. If there are changes, then I will try to brainstorm creative ways to keep older content mixed with newer content to engage your current audience. Also, I am open to maintaining any current strategies that happen to already be working and just enhancing them if it's necessary.

Implementation

Once we talk over everything related to your current brand story and the type of content that has attracted your unique audience, we will discuss how I will continue to make content moving forward.
This is your brand, your story, your legacy. That means that I will not create UGC and want to keep the focus solely on the original founder or creator of your brand. Or on your services, products or presence. I am merely there to make sure your presence doesn't disappear and that we can keep you current fans engaged within your world.
The content I will create will be based on stock photos and videos unless I am provided with materials to post to your account. These photos and videos can be scheduled as is or I can edit them through Canva to enhance their overall delivery. I will schedule content in either a storytelling style or simply schedule them for certain days and times. The choice is yours as this is your story to tell.
If there are any collaborations you want to do, this can also be discussed so that I can be on the look out for potential collaborators or contact current collaborators on your behalf to form a project. I will just need details on the type of contract, funding and anything else that will be needed to start the project.

Communication

Personally, once I know what to do, I am not the type to keep daily communication and instead I will send a weekly report on the current status of your account(s). If you require frequent communication, this can be discussed. These reports will be in excel style reports with written notes on things I have notice or something we might want to try.
I'm not the type that swears by video meetings so we can talk however we need to. Emails, instant chats, phone calls, text message, you get the idea. Whichever you're most comfortable with is okay with me.

End of Contract

When or if we reach the end of our agreed upon time, I will hand over any last bits of information for your benefit. Any account information that I have will be deleted and removed from any software that I was using to help your business. Should you decide to work with me again, expect me to ask for the details for your account again as if this is our first time working with one another.
