Sometimes communicating with your audience isn't just simply thanking them for enjoying your service or products. Sometimes they may become curious about what you are presenting to them and begin to asks many questions. Others might even discover an issue with what you're offering and need more than just an explanation of who you are.
Being human and answering their concerns or even just joking around with them can help build connections and a sense of community. Ignoring them could keep your presence stagnant or even hurt your business. So why risk giving your audience the silent treatment?
Communication Tools
If you've been reading for this long then now is a good time to note that I can provide fan support by using CMT (content management tools) to stay on top of new comments, DMs or private responses. For each of my clients, I start at a minimum of 3 hours for 5 days a week. We can discuss if you need more time for an over active community or less for the quiet community you have nurtured.
This can service can also expand to collaboration outreach where I search for partners to help bring accounts together and can respond to comments on collaborations. The choice is yours. This is all included in the current price.
The main tool I use is Buffer to help me communicate with people on social media. If you already have an CMT that you want me to utilize, please let me know.
What you can expect
On the basis, I offer a 3 hour communication with your audience for 5 days a week. If your community is more active we can discuss increasing the amount of hours I spend for the 5 days to keep communication in line with your needs. If you feel that you need an extra day of communication, this will increase the price a bit. (I'm also human and would like time to rest and plan in between clients.)
I can respond to comments, DM's, private messages and even collaborators for your project. You can think of me as the middlewoman to keep everyone on the same page in regards to communication.
