Travio is a Canadian AI-powered all-inclusive vacation booking platform - the first dedicated portal for booking all-inclusive packages across 18+ destinations, 1,200+ resorts, and 4+ airlines, with Olivia, a personal AI travel assistant that helps travelers find, compare, and book trips conversationally. Founded by Keval Shah, a solo founder with 6+ years in management, IT, and entrepreneurship, Travio targets a $47B TAM of Canadian outbound travelers with a 10-12% commission-based model, aiming for $100M in revenue within 5-6 years.

Keval came to us with rough content and raw notes that needed formal copywriting, investor-grade structuring, and a full deck design - along with an investor one-pager - all on a limited pre-seed budget.

We built the full pitch deck and investor one-pager from Keval's content - structuring the problem across two focused slides, designing the product showcase around Olivia's AI interface, building the competitive matrix, financial projections, and GTM strategy, and delivering both deliverables across seven revision rounds.

Keval walked into conversations with angels and VCs with a polished, investor-ready deck - and returned a year later to commission a full rebuild after learning from 30-40 live investor meetings.
