Halden is a fraud prevention platform for banks. We designed it end to end, from brand and website to the product itself, around one question: what needs a decision right now, and why?
The Client
Halden helps bank fraud teams catch the few risky payments hidden among thousands of normal ones. Most payments are fine. Halden finds the one that isn’t.
The Story
Bank fraud teams review thousands of payments a day. Most tools show every signal at once, so analysts spend their time searching instead of deciding.
We designed Halden around the decision. Every screen shows what needs a person right now and why, from the live queue to the monthly report. The report is the screen a bank’s leadership actually reads, so it got the same care as the main dashboard: one look should tell you if it’s working.
The Result
Brand, website and product were designed as one system by one team, so a bank sees the same Halden from the first website visit to the daily review queue.
We are sharing the product screen by screen, and this case study grows with every new one.
