OVERVIEW SysIIT is a leading IT training institute that helps individuals from non-tech backgrounds kickstart their careers in tech. With a wide range of hands-on, industry-relevant courses, the institute focuses on equipping students with practical skills and certifications to enter the job market confidently.

CHALLENGE Although SysIIT had a strong reputation, the website was not a primary source of student enrollment. It was outdated, cluttered, and difficult to navigate. Course information lacked structure, the user journey was unclear, and there were few trust elements to build credibility. With a goal to increase digital leads and make the website a central channel for conversions, a complete redesign was essential.

SOLUTION I led a full UX/UI revamp of the website with a focus on usability, clarity, and conversion. I restructured the course layout for easier discovery, refined the copy to align with user motivations, and added trust-building elements such as testimonials, success stats, and instructor profiles. I designed a seamless, intuitive journey that empowers visitors to explore their options and take the next step—ultimately positioning the website as a key driver of enrollments.
