Project Overview:

RARI is an innovative Emotional AI platform designed specifically for premium hotels, helping them craft subconscious, emotion-driven guest experiences through intelligently curated sound. Unlike traditional background music, RARI Soundprint elevates sound into a powerful strategic layer that subtly influences guest emotions, shapes long-term memories, enhances perception of luxury, and creates true brand differentiation in a crowded market.
In this project, I led the creation of a dedicated B2B landing page for the hospitality vertical. The goal was to reposition RARI Soundprint not as mere ambient music or playlists, but as an advanced emotional infrastructure that luxury hotels can intentionally design and control. This page acts as the top-of-funnel entry point in RARI's sales process, speaking directly to high-level decision-makers like Directors of Guest Experience, Brand Directors, and C-level executives in luxury hotels and resorts worldwide.

My Role & Contributions:

I handled the entire copywriting process from strategy to final execution, owning every word on the page. This included:
Developing the overall messaging framework and brand positioning
Writing complete landing page copy, from the hero section and hook all the way through to compelling calls-to-action
Crafting an emotional narrative that aligns with the psychology of hospitality leaders – focusing on subtlety, sophistication, and strategic depth
Translating complex Emotional AI and neuroscience concepts into accessible, persuasive language that resonates with business outcomes, without overwhelming the reader with tech jargon
By taking full ownership of this, I ensured the copy felt authentic to the luxury space: insightful and elegant, never salesy or overhyped.

Objectives:

The page needed to achieve several key shifts:
Reframe sound from an operational afterthought (like generic background tracks) to a core driver of emotional guest experiences
Speak the language of sophisticated hospitality leaders who prioritize guest memory, emotional connection, and brand uniqueness
Strike a perfect balance between evocative storytelling, credible scientific backing, and clear commercial value
Clearly differentiate RARI from conventional music solutions by highlighting its adaptive, AI-driven approach

My Approach:

Deep Audience Research & Insight:
I started with thorough analysis of luxury hospitality leaders' mindsets. These are professionals obsessed with creating experiences that guests feel deeply – not just see visually. They worry about emotional recall long after checkout, standing out in oversaturated markets, and delivering stays that forge lasting loyalty. The copy had to honor their intelligence: no flashy gimmicks, just sharp, strategic insights that feel like a peer-to-peer conversation.
Core Narrative & Positioning Development:
I built the central idea around: "Every space has a Soundprint." This positioned sound as:
A subconscious design element, like lighting or architecture
A precise tool for shaping emotions (calm, energy, focus), reducing stress, and encoding positive memories
An intentional competitive edge that forward-thinking hotels can architect
Key reframes I introduced:
Shifting from "music" to "emotional infrastructure"
From static "playlists" to dynamic, AI-powered experience design that adapts in real-time
Page Structure & Copy Execution:
I structured the page as a logical, persuasive flow that guides readers from intrigue to action:
Hero & Hook: Immediately challenging the status quo – luxury today isn't just visual; it's multisensory and deeply emotional, with sound as the untapped frontier.
Problem Framing: Highlighting how traditional ambient music falls short in modern luxury hospitality, leading to forgettable, generic experiences.
Evidence Section: Weaving in neuroscience and behavioral psychology insights (e.g., how sound influences emotional regulation, stress reduction, memory formation, and perceived service quality) to build credibility without feeling academic.
Solution Introduction – RARI Soundprint: Explaining how the platform dynamically adapts sound based on time of day, space function, and inferred guest emotional states – all in clear, benefit-focused language.
Benefits & Outcomes: Turning features into tangible results, like more memorable stays, deeper emotional brand connections, higher satisfaction scores, increased loyalty, and a unique sensory signature that's hard for competitors to copy.
Strategic Differentiation: Positioning RARI as a future-proof experience system that aligns with where luxury hospitality is heading.
Call to Action: A sophisticated invitation for leaders to discover how sound can become their next big experiential advantage.

Impact & Results:

This landing page has significantly elevated RARI's perception in the hospitality space – from a "nice-to-have" sound provider to a true experience architecture platform powered by Emotional AI. It helps decision-makers view sound as a high-ROI strategic investment rather than a minor operational detail.
Since going live, the page has become a core asset in RARI's marketing ecosystem: driving inbound leads, supporting partnership discussions, and fueling enterprise sales conversations. It reinforces RARI's thought leadership at the intersection of luxury hospitality, neuroscience, and AI, giving the brand a more premium, authoritative voice. Overall, my copy has helped accelerate market understanding and adoption, contributing to stronger positioning and pipeline growth in a competitive B2B landscape.
