Caju is the first benefits program for companies and employees all over Brazil. Simply put, HR can unify all the benefits provided for in the legislation on a single, Visa credit card.

The Covid-19 pandemic and the adoption of the home-office have highlighted that the corporate benefits market is stagnant, with alternatives that do not place employees at the center and that restrict spending to specific categories, without considering the reality of each collaborator.
Flexible benefits go hand in hand with our discourse of protagonism and autonomy. Putting credit on a single card is guaranteeing the employee experience that we talk about so much within the organization.

With the overwhelming success of our MVP launch (Mobile app and HR web platform), Caju made a whopping R$15M/month on user cash-in, reaching aprox. 50.000 users and 500+ companies at it’s first year, retaining it’s user score at a solid 92% NPS.
