Overview

Vicsmall is a next-generation e-commerce platform designed to empower small and medium businesses by connecting them directly with customers in a fast, reliable, and user-friendly digital marketplace. Built on the idea of accessibility and trust, Vicsmall makes online shopping simple and seamless — for both vendors and consumers.

The Challenge

As a new player in the e-commerce space, Vicsmall needed to establish a clear and credible brand presence that could stand out in a competitive market dominated by established platforms. The challenge was to:
Develop a recognizable and versatile visual identity that communicates reliability, speed, and simplicity.
Build a consistent digital experience that resonates with a diverse audience of everyday users and small business owners.
Create a brand language that bridges professionalism with approachability.

Our Approach

We began by defining the brand positioning — Vicsmall as “the small business ally for big online opportunities.” This positioning guided both the visual and verbal identity development.
The design direction focused on clarity, flow, and connection, symbolizing how the platform links buyers and sellers.
The logo features a bold, geometric wordmark with smooth letterforms, suggesting structure and reliability. A distinct icon element was derived from the concept of digital connection, forming a subtle visual bridge between commerce and community.
The color palette combines vibrant blue (representing trust and innovation) with neutral grey and accent orange, striking a balance between professionalism and energy.
The typography system uses modern sans-serif fonts that maintain readability across digital platforms.
UI mockups and visual applications were designed to ensure consistency between brand visuals and user experience.
