Designed and developed a conversion-focused Shopify landing page for ella+mila, a premium nail polish brand with significant retail presence across major US retailers including Target, CVS, Walgreens, and Meijer. The project aimed to align their digital presence with their physical in-store branding while increasing online sales.
Challenge
ella+mila needed to transform their outdated online presence to match their sophisticated in-store retail identity. They faced obstacles in achieving higher average order values and creating a cohesive brand experience across digital and physical touchpoints.
Solution
Through a focused 20-hour project (10 hours design, 10 hours development), I worked closely with the ella+mila team to understand their specific challenges and implement targeted solutions:
Reduced product variant complexity by implementing a tiered system showcasing their three top-selling categories
Created prominent featured sections for new product launches
Designed a modern, on-brand interface that reflected their in-store visual identity
Built the landing page using Replit and Shopify to ensure seamless integration with their existing e-commerce infrastructure
Results
The redesigned landing page successfully bridged the gap between ella+mila's physical and digital presence, creating a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints. The streamlined product presentation and enhanced visual design contributed to increased average order values and conversion rates.
