PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Core Systems Clinical Consulting, led by Brenda Sheppard, is a clinic & leadership training consultancy designed to help leaders in long-term care facilities (Directors of Nursing, Clinical Leads, etc.). With 30+ years in healthcare, Brenda’s mission is to equip facilities and leaders with the systems, regulatory compliance knowledge, and workflows they need to improve resident outcomes, retain staff, and streamline operations.
The goal was to build a digital presence that reflects Brenda’s expertise, packages her consulting offerings and courses transparently, and drives enrollment while building trust with prospects.

CHALLENGES

Complex Audience Types
Visitors could be facility leaders, Directors of Nursing, clinical staff, or decision makers unfamiliar with clinical systems consulting. Each group needs different messaging.
Communicating value both for consulting services and 6-week courses.
Translating Expertise into Online Offers
Brenda’s deep experience is qualitative. Converting that into compelling web content, program descriptions, and actionable purchase paths wasn’t trivial.
Structuring course modules, bonuses, checklists, coaching and delivering them in a cohesive digital flow.
Building Trust Quickly
As consulting + clinical training for regulated environments (long-term care), visitors need to feel assured of competence, reliability, and regulatory awareness.
Testimonials were present, but making them visible early and placing them in context was critical.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
Converting site visitors into discovery calls, then into paying clients or students.
Designing a site flow that encourages visitors to click “Schedule A Call”, view “Courses,” or enroll.

SOLUTIONS PROVIDED

Redesigned site layout to clearly separate Consulting & Coaching from Courses, with a strong hero section introducing Brenda & her experience up front.
Created distinct landing pages for each service:
“Clinical Management Consulting” page explaining what consulting clients get.
“Clinical Management Course” page detailing 6-week program, bonuses, pricing, testimonials, and clear CTAs.
Integrated testimonials and case examples front and center to build credibility. These show outcomes, praise from professionals, and real impact.
Designed clear calls-to-action (Schedule Discovery Call, Enroll Now, Take Course) placed strategically so users always know next steps.
Structured course flow with value breakdowns (what the course includes, bonus materials, checklists, coaching sessions) so prospects can see exactly what they get.
Optimized navigation & user paths so clinical leads land quickly on pages relevant to them (Consulting vs Course) based on need.
Ensured design communicates professionalism and trust: clean layout, professional photos & branding, Brenda’s credentials, calls to authority.
Ongoing refinement based on user feedback: adjusted pages, added FAQ and clarifying copy where users hesitated.

RESULTS & IMPACT

Increased Course Enrollments: After restructuring the course page and clarifying benefits & pricing, enrollments increased (users converting from site visit → payment) by a noticeable margin.
More Discovery Calls: Clear “Schedule a Call” flow and consulting pages led to more leads booking calls.
Higher Trust & Credibility: Users report being reassured by testimonials and the flow of information; bounce rates on key pages dropped.
