Project Description: Girl Thrive is a Sydney-based wellness & education platform for girls and young women, founded to guide them on their journey to strong bodies, ambitious minds, and nourished lives. Its mission is to provide a holistic health hub via workshops, classes, courses and memberships — all designed to help girls grow confident physically, mentally and emotionally. CHALLENGES
Girl Thrive needed to serve a wide age range: from primary school years (3-6) all the way up to young adults (18-21 years). Each group has different needs, so presenting the right content at the right level was complex.
They offer many different service types: online & in-person workshops, fitness & movement classes, multi-week courses, memberships. The site needed to clearly communicate all of this without confusing visitors.
Many users arrive not knowing where to begin (which age group, which program type), so there was a risk of choice overload or users bouncing away.
Ensuring the website projects trust and professional credibility, especially for parents, meant showing instructors, qualifications, and being transparent.
SOLUTIONS PROVIDED
I structured the site with a “Start Here” flow dividing by age group (School Years 3-6, 7-9, 10-12, 18-21) so that users immediately land in the correct section for their stage.
I emphasized modular navigation: clearly labeled menus for “Our Services” (Workshops, Classes, Courses, Memberships), so visitors can jump directly to what they want.
On each age-group page, I included summary callouts: “What’s best for 18-21 Year Olds” etc., summarizing what options are available and linking deeper. This prevents overwhelm and guides decision making.
I made sure the “Why Girl Thrive?” section lives up front: highlighting community, education, professional instructors, holistic health & movement. This builds trust quickly.
I built an FAQ for common user questions, reducing friction and anticipating concerns especially from parents or guardians.
I ensured calls to action are visible: “Get Started”, “Learn More”, “Contact Us” — to convert visitors effectively into participants.
Design-wise, I used clean layout and grouping so visitors see Workshops / Classes / Memberships side by side but clearly separated visually, to present options without overwhelming.
I emphasized instructor credibility (qualifications, experience) so that parents and girls feel confident that the content is legitimate.

RESULTS & IMPACT

Improved User Engagement: Clear pathways for each age group increased site engagement and reduced confusion among first-time visitors.
Higher Conversion Rate: Simplified navigation and CTA placement led to more inquiries and course sign-ups.
Enhanced Brand Perception: The cohesive design helped establish Girl Thrive as a trusted authority in youth wellness and education.
Streamlined Operations: Kajabi automations reduced manual admin tasks, allowing the team to focus more on teaching and community engagement.

CONCLUSION

Through strategic Kajabi design and thoughtful user experience mapping, Girl Thrive now stands as an inspiring digital space where girls can learn, grow, and thrive. The result is a modern, structured, and heartfelt online platform that fully reflects the founders’ mission: empowering girls to build strong bodies, healthy minds, and confident futures.
