Optimizing User Growth via a Seamless Referral System

Overview

This project involved designing a high-conversion Referral Dashboard for Pipen, focusing on clarity, trust, and ease of use. The goal was to transform a standard transactional process into a rewarding experience that encourages organic user acquisition.

The Problem

Many referral programs fail because they are either too complex or lack transparency. Users often encounter problems such as:
Information Overload: Unclear rewards or "hidden" terms.
Friction in Sharing: Difficulties in finding and copying referral links.
Lack of Feedback: No way to track the status of invited friends, leading to a "black hole" experience.

The Solution

The design addresses these pain points through a structured, minimalist UI available in both Light and Dark modes to ensure accessibility and aesthetic flexibility.
One-Tap Sharing: Prioritized the referral link with a prominent "Copy" button and a native "Share" option to reduce cognitive load and friction.
Transparent Tracking: Built a "Previous Invited" list with real-time status tags (Pending vs. Invited). This provides users with visual confirmation of their progress toward the reward.
Visual Personalization: Included 3D avatars for invited contacts to make the interface feel more social and less like a spreadsheet.

The Impact

By simplifying the path from "opening the modal" to "sharing the link," the design minimizes drop-off rates and maximizes the viral coefficient of the platform.
