Evidence Atlas helps researchers move from sequence or tabular data to a map and the evidence supporting a result.
I built the React/FastAPI application and integrations: CSV/FASTA input, validation, rule-based checks, evidence graphs, taxonomic views and exports. Source references and review states stay attached to the results.
This is an online research demonstrator. The competition version is Barcode-to-GBIF Evidence Compiler. Its visualisations support inspection and further analysis, rather than asserting a validated scientific discovery.
