An AI consultant for business owners: a business assistant, a legal mode and an accounting mode in one workspace.
I built the Next.js frontend and NestJS backend, conversation history, source retrieval, document workflows and DOCX export. Models and instructions can be configured for each mode. The administration area manages knowledge documents and indexing.
Role: product architecture, frontend/backend, AI integration and administration. The screens use the original interface with prepared business examples.
Selected screens
Legal mode — review an agreement with selected sources and clearly separated review points.
Accounting mode — establish the period, tax context and records needed for a calculation.
Document workspace — keep the output, inspect its references and export to DOCX.
Model administration — per-mode instructions, limits and response settings.
Knowledge base — upload documents, assign tags and review indexing status.
