How to Create an Interview Prep Guide for Candidates

Create an amazing candidate experience by setting expectations early on in the process. To do this, you and the function recruiting for a role will need to build out a complete prep guide that sets expectations, guides them through the process, and gives some helpful tips and tricks for interviewing. Here is a template:
