Case Study (In Progress): Fuel & Fire — End-to-End Kajabi Platform Build

Project Status

Ongoing (Discovery, architecture, and funnel strategy completed; build in progress)

Project Overview

Fuel & Fire is a coaching brand transitioning from an entirely offline model to a structured digital business. Prior to this project, there was:
No public website
No digital course infrastructure
No automated funnel
No online payment or enrollment system
The goal of this engagement is to design and implement a complete Kajabi ecosystem that enables Fuel & Fire to attract, educate, convert, and onboard clients online—without increasing operational complexity.

The Challenge

Fuel & Fire faced a classic but high-risk transition challenge:
Offline to online shift The brand had trust and results offline, but no digital presence to communicate value at scale.
Undefined digital user journey There was no clarity on how a first-time visitor should move from discovery to enrollment.
No funnel or automation Every interaction required manual effort, limiting growth and consistency.
Need for a single, scalable system The solution had to support marketing, content, payments, and course delivery in one platform.

Scope of Work

This project covers full digital foundation setup, not just design.

1. Public Website (Kajabi)

Brand positioning and messaging structure
Funnel-led page architecture (not just static pages)
Clear CTAs aligned to user intent
Trust, authority, and clarity for first-time visitors

2. Course & Program Structure

Modular course architecture inside Kajabi
Clear learning progression and outcomes
Alignment between marketing promises and course delivery
Setup designed for future program expansion

3. Funnel Strategy & Automation

End-to-end funnel design:
Awareness → Consideration → Enrollment
Email sequences for nurturing and onboarding
Logic designed to reduce manual follow-ups
Clean handoff from marketing to course access

4. Payment Gateway Integration

Online checkout setup inside Kajabi
Secure payment flow for course enrollment
Friction-reduction at point of purchase
Foundation for future pricing tiers or offers

Strategic Approach

Rather than “building pages,” the work focuses on building a system.

Funnel-First Thinking

Every page, course, and email serves a specific role in the journey:
Educate before selling
Build belief before asking for commitment
Reduce cognitive load at decision points

Platform-Native Design

The entire architecture is designed around Kajabi’s strengths, ensuring:
Minimal custom work
Long-term maintainability
Ease of use for the client post-handoff

Future-Ready Setup

Although the initial launch is focused and lean, the system is built to:
Add new courses easily
Scale marketing efforts
Support higher-ticket or cohort-based programs later

Expected Outcome

Once live, Fuel & Fire will have:
A professional public digital presence
A structured online course offering
An automated funnel that runs continuously
A scalable revenue channel independent of manual effort

Key Takeaway

This project highlights the importance of strategy-led platform builds when transitioning from offline to online. By designing the journey, funnel, and system first, the digital presence is set up for long-term clarity, conversion, and growth—rather than short-term patchwork.

What the client had to say

Anush was very patient and considerate with helping my vision come to life. I had so many questions and concerns and he took the time to answer each one in full detail. He will revise the design over and over until it’s perfect for you!!
