How It Started

A financial editorial company approached me to redesign a single SEO article. The goal was to improve the overall look and feel, enhance readability, and create better visual hierarchy to capture search traffic and convert readers into leads. The article needed to look professional while guiding readers toward lead generation points throughout the content.

How It Evolved

Satisfied with the initial work, they continued bringing me back for various projects over the years. The scope expanded significantly:

Redesigned their entire editorial platform while preserving extensive SEO content. The challenge was modernizing the design without disrupting their search rankings or existing content structure.

Designed multiple sales funnels for premium products ranging from $500 to $10,000+ memberships. These required high-end design and UX tailored to their sophisticated audience expecting premium quality in every touchpoint.

Premium Membership Area

Redesigned their membership area focusing on UX and content structure. Members access long-form, in-depth articles on complex financial topics (residency & passports, precious metals, stocks, international finance). The design prioritizes readability and easy navigation through dense, technical content.

Lead Generation Systems

Implemented opt-in prompts and landing pages throughout the site using Thrive Leads and other Thrive ecosystem tools to capture leads at strategic points in the reader journey.

Complete Rebranding

Handled their complete rebrand including logo redesign and various print collateral, establishing a cohesive brand identity across all touchpoints.

Ongoing Partnership

This evolved into a years-long task-based partnership where I continue to support their editorial team. I build their long-form articles using the block editor with custom blocks I developed, create social media graphics, and handle various design and front-end development needs as they arise. They manage backend development while I focus on design, UX, and front-end implementation using WordPress and Elementor.
The partnership demonstrates how starting with a single article redesign can grow into a comprehensive, ongoing relationship when you consistently deliver quality work.
