Lead Designer for WordPress Template Marketplace

I led the creative and production direction for The Landing Factory, a premium marketplace offering over 2,000 professionally designed templates for popular WordPress page builders, including Elementor, Thrive Architect, and others.

As Lead Designer, I managed a team of two designers, overseeing quality and design standards across the entire library, while personally creating more than 500 templates in Elementor and Thrive Architect.

Creative Direction & Standards: Defined and enforced design and quality guidelines for all templates in the marketplace.

High-Volume Production: Personally designed and developed 500+ page templates while conducting final quality checks across a 2,000+ template library.

Conversion-Focused Design: Ensured every template was optimized for conversions, loading speed, and responsiveness across all devices.

Diverse Industry Expertise: Designed landing page templates for 100+ niches—from SaaS and small businesses to corporations and personal brands—adapting to different aesthetics, audiences, and conversion goals.

Team Leadership: Managed and mentored two designers, providing ongoing feedback and maintaining consistent quality across all deliverables.

Process Optimization: Built streamlined production workflows that enabled high output without sacrificing precision or design integrity.

This role gave me comprehensive mastery of WordPress, Elementor, and Thrive Architect through hands-on design and development of hundreds of production-ready templates.

More importantly, it taught me how to lead design teams, set quality standards, and manage large-scale design systems—skills that directly translate into building, maintaining, and optimizing complex client websites.
