Overview
In conjunction with the Insight App, the Driver App gave Atom’s customers complete control over their end-to-end charging experience.
With the Driver App, businesses had an interface to communicate their charging policies, pricing and schedules. Drivers gained the ability to locate available chargers, see pricing, hours of operation, and view in-progress and completed sessions.
Impact
The Driver App removed Atom's dependence on its 3rd Party driver software. With complete control of the user experience and substantial savings - Atom was able to deliver a more robust and consistent experience, while pricing more competitively.
Businesses gained an interface to communicate their customized charging policies, pricing and schedules, while drivers got a straightforward experience to locate available chargers, understand fees, and view in-progress and completed charging sessions.
