In this project, we addressed significant UX, UI, and accessibility challenges on the current Landor website, which were detracting from user experience. Undefined content and accessibility standards complicated navigation for users with diverse needs, while monotonous layouts failed to engage them effectively. Additionally, we identified gaps in user journey continuity and a lack of compelling content to encourage client interaction.

Our primary goal was to transform the website into a user-friendly, engaging, and accessible platform that effectively communicates Landor’s value.

The Landor website suffered from an inconsistent user experience due to:

Undefined content structure and lack of accessibility features.

Monotonous page layouts that reduced user engagement.

Disjointed user journeys that hampered seamless navigation.

A lack of inviting content, leading to fewer client interactions and engagement.

Content & Accessibility Standards: We audited the website’s content to ensure clarity, readability, and accessibility. We integrated features like readable fonts, high-contrast colors, and screen reader-friendly navigation. The AccessiBe plugin was introduced to allow users to adapt the website to their specific accessibility needs.

Dynamic Layouts: Monotonous layouts were redesigned to be more engaging by incorporating multimedia elements, dynamic grids, and visually appealing animations. This shift increased user interaction and reduced bounce rates.

Seamless User Journeys: We refined user flows to ensure consistency. Clearer navigation, improved content hierarchy, and more intuitive pathways enabled users to find relevant information easily.

Engaging Content: The website was refreshed with compelling copy and visuals that highlight Landor’s strengths, inviting clients to engage more actively with the brand.

I led the creation of distinctive Instagram filters to celebrate Landor's new branding. Using Spark AR, I brought our concepts to life through hands-on experimentation and iteration. This process allowed me to unleash creativity, transforming ideas into engaging, interactive experiences. My favorite part was seeing the initial spark of inspiration evolve into immersive filters that captured the essence of our refreshed brand identity.
