The platform facilitates seamless order management, dynamic pricing, and personalized user roles, making it an essential tool for corporate event planning and catering services.

Public Sector Integration: Advanced pricing models supporting tiered and negotiated pricing for public enterprises.
Dynamic Menu Management: Enables caterers to manage seasonal or event-specific offerings with ease.
Granular Role Management: Role-based access control for company admins, SuperAdmins, and operations teams to ensure secure and efficient management.
Scalable Infrastructure: Built on Bubble.io with a future-proof architecture designed to handle large-scale operations and integrations with invoicing (Zoho) and CRM tools (Brevo).
Seamless User Experience: Intuitive front-end for businesses to book catering services, track expenses, and manage users.
My Role in the Project:
• Defined the technical architecture, focusing on scalability and performance for Bubble.io.
• Designed and implemented the Public Company Pricing Engine, enabling real-time price calculations based on volume and user agreements.
• Created a streamlined onboarding process for both companies and caterers, integrating user identity verification and payment setup.
• Developed the Admin Dashboard, equipping internal teams with tools for managing orders, user roles, and caterer profiles.
• Developing the caterer portal to allow smooth operations and leads tracking. • Collaborated with stakeholders to refine user flows, ensuring the platform met public-sector compliance standards.
Outcome:
The Consignerie platform successfully expanded into the public sector, working now with one of the largest company in France (500+ company active users).
