Cardino is a C2B marketplace dedicated to electric vehicles. I joined the team as the first developer.

My Role:

• Created solid processes for a large team (4 developers, 6+ product managers, 2 automation specialists).

• Achieved high performance using best low-code practices (from 0 to 15.000+ active users).

• Implemented complex API integrations (REST, SOAP, Websocket) with over 12 integrations.

• Built and managed a complex auction algorithm and transaction system (from 0 to $10M volume per month).

• Improved app performance, boosting the Lighthouse score from 42 to 78.
