Celtic Hero approached me during the pre-launch phase of a new performance supplement brand entering the highly saturated U.S. fitness and wellness market. The client needed a complete go-to-market strategy capable of differentiating the brand from established competitors while building a strong emotional identity that could resonate with younger, digital-first fitness consumers. The goal was not only to launch a new product line, but to establish an entirely new market position within the performance supplement category through storytelling, audience strategy, and cinematic brand positioning.
I led the strategic development of the brand's positioning, messaging architecture, launch strategy, customer personas, content ecosystem, and competitive differentiation strategy. I conducted extensive market and competitor research across the U.S. supplement industry, identifying whitespace opportunities between science-backed supplement brands and lifestyle-driven fitness brands. From this research, I developed Celtic Hero's unique "mythic performance" positioning — combining clean formulations with cinematic Celtic storytelling and identity-driven branding.

The final deliverable was a 120+ page strategic launch blueprint that provided the client with a scalable roadmap for entering the U.S. supplement market, positioning the brand against major competitors, and building a long-term lifestyle brand ecosystem beyond supplements alone. The strategy also established opportunities for future expansion into wellness products, apparel, creator partnerships, and community-driven growth initiatives.
