I designed this employee management software, which helps my client's organization to:
Track employee attendance
Check in and check out times
Track break timings, break history and break status
Activity tracker
Calculate total shift hours
💥 Impact
The design helped my client to seamlessly build the solution as a web app, using React,
As I created a proper design system for robust design and scalability
Create features on top of the dashboard (notifications, leave management etc.)
Created 29% spike in employee productivity
Created 10% spike in revenue due to systematic, co-ordiated and informed human resource planning
48% employee satisfaction rate as the employees had the access to the dashboard and self monitor
