Global Management Partners, a white-glove nonprofit management company, had recently taken on a new association client using Kajabi. Each department - education, accounting, communications, and leadership - needed a shared understanding of how Kajabi worked, plus clarity on how it could support their specific workflows.

I led a live, interactive Kajabi training for the entire GMP team. The session began with a platform overview to ensure everyone spoke the same language, then evolved into an open Q&A that spanned every department.

We covered:

Setting up registration pages that link directly to Kajabi event checkouts

Understanding membership databases and expanding data fields for SIGs and regions

Configuring automations for receipts, certificates, and transactional emails

Reviewing opt-in/opt-out behavior for communications

Reviewing templates, page structure, and responsive formatting

Throughout the training, I fielded detailed questions from team members in accounting, education, communications, and executive leadership - translating technical features into clear, department-specific takeaways.
