Andy for Pride is a queer-owned business that makes Pride products for queer folks, by queer folks. The design for this brand was centered on queer history and how the original Pride flag, designed by Gilbert Baker, included the color hot pink. Wanting to play within already existing queer iconography while also giving a slight wink to the people and allies that are familiar with queer history, the main colors for Andy for Pride are hot pink and softer pink. The double colors allow for some playfulness within the brand and also can be used for any color in the rainbow. For the logo treatment, the stacking is meant to resonate with a "Vote for" pin/button.
