Project Overview:

Virtual Futbol Academy (VFA), a leading US startup in sports education technology, partnered with me to enhance their football training program and lead the video and AI production in-house.

I have produced over 300 custom AI videos for VFA such as educational, marketing, sales and internal videos.

Part of which with pending accreditation by UCAM University.

This project combines HeyGen's AI technology with insights from top Spanish football coaches and my video production and e-learning experience to elevate sports education.

My Role and Expertise:

As a member of VFA's advisory board and lead for AI production, I manage an enterprise HeyGen account, overseeing the entire video creation process. My key responsibilities include:

Production process management and creative direction

AI video content strategy development

Educational material organization and quality control

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) establishment

Strategic advisory for AI integration with VR/AR products
