Project goal: EVE19, an event management company, faced a significant challenge with its brand. Their existing brand lacked organization and a clear identity, making it challenging to stand out in a competitive market. They needed a complete brand revamp to better connect with their target audience and convey their unique value proposition.

To tackle this challenge, I applied Discovery, Design, and Delivery principles to craft a compelling brand revamp strategy for EVE19. Here's how we did it step by step: 

1. Define the Brand Objective: Our first step was to clarify EVE19's brand objective. We needed to understand their mission, vision, and unique selling points. This involved in-depth discussions with EVE19's team to uncover their core values and what made them different from their competitors. 

2. Re-positioning the Brand: Based on our discussions, we re-positioned EVE19 as the "Every Moment Matters." This positioning conveyed their commitment to creating unforgettable events tailored to their client's needs. 

3. Establish Brand Personality: To give EVE19 a distinct personality, we defined their brand as "Straightforward & Sociable, and Client-Centric." This personality helped shape all their brand communication moving forward. 

4. Create a New Brand Logo: I've designed a new logo that embodies their re-positioning and personality. The logo featured dynamic, modern elements, representing different fields. 

5. Develop Brand Guidelines: Brand guidelines were created to ensure consistent messaging and design across all touchpoints. These guidelines included color palettes, typography, and rules for logo usage.

 6. Craft a Brand Visual Identity: I've developed a visual identity that resonated with EVE19's new positioning and personality. This included custom graphics, imagery styles, and design elements that conveyed their innovative approach. 

7. Design a Branded WordPress Website: To strengthen their online presence, we created a custom WordPress website aligned with the new brand. The website featured engaging visuals, clear messaging, and easy navigation to showcase EVE19's services and past successes. 

This transformation improved EVE19's brand image and helped them connect better with their target audience, ultimately driving growth and success.
