A luxury residential villa designed for 6th of October City, Egypt, combining timeless elegance with contemporary architectural language. The design balances classical proportions with modern detailing to create a distinctive street presence that feels both refined and livable.

The concept was rooted in neo-classical architecture — symmetry, layered facades, and a carefully curated material palette of natural stone, decorative moldings, and large glazed openings. The goal was to create a home that commands attention from the street while remaining warm and welcoming at the human scale.
