Shaze Gifting Station
In collaboration with Pollinate Labs, we crafted a 12-second product animation to showcase the elegance of the Shaze Gifting Station. The animation highlights the station's dual rotating platforms and the products it showcases. Our vision was to convey elegance, ensuring every spin and pause feels engaging.
The carousel itself is a study in luxury materials: smooth glass, polished aluminum, and steel converge to frame the rotating tiers. On the lower platform, text graphics introduce the Shaze charms, featuring glossy enamel fronts, gold-plated backs and borders, and gold chains, while the upper tier displays a silk scarf looped through a gold ring, satin ribbons, and three custom Shaze boxes: an orange box brimming with scarf, ring, and charm; a ribbon-wrapped gift with charm; and a tall accent box. Subtle glass reflections and sheens underscore each element’s qualities.
Our production process moved swiftly but thoughtfully. We began with storyboards and a greyscale animatic, blocking out movement without lights, shadows, or textures to nail the choreography. A white washed first draft introduced shadow-casting lights, refining the animation’s timing. Finally, we layered in full textures and crafted a dramatic lighting setup that accentuates glass translucency, metal highlights and shadows. The result is a showcase that brings the Shaze Gifting Station to life.
