● Founded LMIM, grew to a 3.000 sq. meter megastore, selling cars, furniture, lights, table and bed ware, ceramics, and a boutique real estate investment service for wealthy Chinese seeking resident gold visas.
● Managed quality audit at steel profile rolling plant Bollinghaus, identified issues, estimated impact and budgeted cost of solutions, executed corrective actions, delivering a 14%reduction in quality defects
● Developed and implemented production improvement projects at Resiquimica, chemicals for paints, and at Portalex, aluminum extrusion for construction and industry, totaling€3,1 million in savings.
● Developed and licensed micro yogurt plants and supplied raw materials, totaling €1,6 million in sales for UNIA University Luanda, Angola, with an impact on the country's reliance on imported yogurt.
● Led team for viability study of an alluvial gold mine, selection of equipment and team, site set-up, start-up of production, security at site and transport, legalization circuit for gold and export routes from Angola.
● Delivered 6 micro-industries to the government of S. Tomé and Principe, generating profits € 1,2 million, replacing imports, and significantly improving the country's trade balance and population’s standard of living.
● Applied SAS – Software As Service, for turnkey packages for Veterinary Clinics, to improve financial performance, customer service, and internet and social media marketing
