● Achieved economic break-even in 100 days, growing business by 350%, via targeted bold marketing.
● Reorganized internal services and reduced client’s delivery times by additional 3 days.
● Gained €96 thousand liquidity, via sluggish stocks, targeted items to liquidate, and set up a stock-off site.
● Evaluated and improve brochures, and PowerPoints and created financial statements for the selling company. Identified potential buyers and prepared a sell-off for €2,8 million of the business’s operational assets
