Portal Digital is developed based on basic infrastructure problems at educational institutions that are not adequate for the entry of technology such as online payments, digital student savings, e-learning, etc ,and the difficulty of data processing systems as required by every educational institution in Indonesia. With the Portal Digital, it makes it easier for parents and the school to be able to participate in helping accelerate infrastructure development in educational institutions in Indonesia.

In this project, my role is UI/UX Designer. helping product teams do research and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to find out what users want and need. and for the design of the app, I collaborate directly with my senior designers.

This project is very interesting for me involved in it, I learned to make design documentation neatly and clearly so that it is easier for anyone to understand. I also learned a lot about research and the business of a company, and how important research is to create user-friendly products. Prototyping also taught me how important small details are to make it easier for the development team, from here I feel the need for empathy from designers for the engineering team.
