A scalable product system for faster web-product iteration: the UX foundation, component library and responsive templates behind multiple web products and a custom CMS/ATS workflow.
Role: UX/UI Product Designer · Tools: Figma, prototyping, documentation

The problem

The team needed to launch multiple product interfaces quickly without redesigning components, rebuilding templates or re-explaining handoff on every iteration.

My process

Lead end-to-end design across multiple web products, from research to prototypes and handoff.
Build reusable component libraries in Figma to speed up experimentation.
Design responsive templates and custom CMS/ATS workflows with usability and accessibility in mind.
Run UX research to reduce friction and support conversion.

The solution

A modular UX and visual system with reusable templates, clearer handoff and a CMS structure that supports faster iteration.

Data-dense views that stay scannable

A CRM contacts table with filters, search and multi-value fields, structured so a busy user finds the right record fast.

Complex admin, made usable

An applicant-tracking admin with configurable requirement templates. Data tables, filters and inline editing stay clear even as the data gets dense.

The whole record in one screen

A CRM contact profile that puts history, notes, details and linked companies exactly where they are needed, with no hunting and no clutter.

A documented token system

Content color tokens with clear names, roles and parents: the foundation that keeps every screen consistent and easy to hand off.

Components with every state

A button component covering sizes, colors, icons and states, so the team ships fast without redrawing the basics.

One system behind it all

A design system built from scratch to keep a growing product consistent, faster to iterate and aligned across the team.

Impact

Faster iteration and reduced funnel drop-off risk through consistent product patterns.
