Make scenario audit: 11 problems found and fixed

Task. A home-services company (invented for this demo) sends quote requests from its website to Google Sheets, urgent jobs to the on-call tech in Slack and the rest to sales by e-mail. Some leads vanished, some arrived with blank fields, and nobody knew why.

Audit. 11 problems: 9 from an automatic review of the exported blueprint, 2 by hand. The big one: incomplete executions were off, so a Gmail or Sheets hiccup failed the run with nothing to retry, and Make switches an instant-trigger scenario off after its first error. Every later lead was missed until someone noticed. A live API key also sat in the request URL, and the "urgent" filter missed "Urgent", so that lead reached nobody.

Fix. Retries after a failure, a fallback when a service errors, the key moved to a Make keychain, a fallback route for everything non-urgent and one e-mail listing the services. The same review finds 0 issues afterwards, with a before and after table for 6 situations. The blueprints were written by hand for this demo. One scenario is repaired for 150 USD, several start at 300 USD; export your scenario and you get the list of problems the same day.
