I designed and developed a website showcasing the artworks of my father, Fabián Cereijido. The site, which I first designed in Figma and then developed using Webflow, has six unique sections hosting artworks my father has produced across the past 30 years, ranging from paintings and drawings to sculptures and video installations.
I wanted the user experience to emulate that of a sleek, image-forward coffee table book — encouraging users to explore and "flip through" the wide range of images and videos while always offering relevant context in such a way that doesn't diminish the work's visual impact.
The Daily Self Portraits section features a custom-coded image gallery that invites the user to explore ~400 identically sized graphite portraits in any order they please.
The site menu includes a custom-coded English/Spanish toggle that maintains language across sections.
Before designing and developing the site, I shot, edited and cataloged dozens of works, including my father's ceramic sculpture collection.
